After having conversations with several proprietors over the last month, I have come to realize that not all of us look at liquor costs - specifically, the per ounce cost from the LCC for the liquor we buy. These costs can be significant.
I will list the type of aclohol, the different per ounce prices, and the entry date. The top of the page will also have the LCC Pricing Book issue, as they change every 3 months.
From the book starting 10/31/10 to 1/29/2011. Pricing is per ounce. The blue item is the way to go.
If you are having a St. Patrick's Day Party, check out these price differences.

while the prices above are for, specifically, Bacardi Gold, the prices are the same for many of the Bacradi items, including Bacardi Superior. entry date 5/25/11
As the people that order the liquors, you really need to look at unit pricing. The differences in just these items above,is staggering. 15 cents per OUNCE for Bacardi, 25 cents for Three Olives, 19 cents for Remy. If you are ordering your beer in cans to save a few cents per serving, this ought to be a real wake up call.
If you know of any other items, please email the information to me at garyb36350@yahoo.com. Thanks
